Carrie Lian, Travel and Registration Services
A Boulder, Colorado native, Carrie started work at Além in 2004 after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a communications degree. Carrie specializes in website development and registration processes. She is responsible for designing and maintaining unique, secure websites for all of Além’s events ranging in size from 10 to 5,000 attendees. By hosting and maintaining the websites in house, Carrie is able to set up processes where the program managers and clients can communicate with their customers prior to and during the events. She can easily create a master database to use for post event correspondence and future marketing efforts. Web clients include: Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, BMW, Rolls-Royce and the PGA Qualifying School among others. Carrie also assists with logistics and customer service for hospitality programs including clients such as BMW, Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo. She has secured hotel contracts for programs and events utilizing up to 5 hotels at a time.
