Kim Rose, Business Manager
With a business degree and strong background in accounting, Kim began her career in the food and beverage industry as the general manager of a wine bar. After management experiences in a large full service restaurant and a music club, she found the hotel industry a welcome challenge. A ten-year career in some of the most diverse and busiest up-scale hotels in the USA, including Ocean Key; a 5-Star property in Key West and the Shores Resort; a 4-Star property in Northern Florida gave Kim a formidable operations, promotions and management background for Além\'s global development. Kim was one of the members of an Advance team for the Athens 2004 Olympic Torch Relay and was responsible for the hotel and food and beverage aspects of eight of the international cities visited by the torch. Today, Kim is responsible for financial oversight on all corporate hospitality programs for Além. The lead on several recent programs, including a BMW Canada cross country drive event, the Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck opening party for the Democratic National Convention and Range Rover Experience Tour, Kim oversees the food and beverage for all large scale events as well as other functional areas for specific projects.
