Julie Phelan, Senior Account Manager
Who would think that slight Julie’s favorite recreational activity would be decking the big guys in her ice hockey club? For anyone who works with Julie, they’ll tell you that the adage should be “phenomenal things come in small packages.” Julie’s never-ending drive to create dynamic, cost-effective corporate events including press introductions, product launches, incentive trips, business meetings and training programs is the benchmark in the industry. But watch out…she does carry a big stick. Julie’s previous experience includes twenty years in food and beverage and the hospitality industry, to include ten years with Loews Hotels. Her background includes banquet and convention services experience, along with restaurants from three-meal to five star. As a meeting planner, Julie has planned and coordinated various meetings to include incentive, corporate launches, multiple-wave training programs, trade shows and press launches and the size of these meetings has ranged from 10 to 5,000 attendees. Working with clients such as Land Rover, Jaguar, JCPenney, Sun Microsystems and Mazda provides a challenge to make each and every program better than the last and has required work and planning in cities around the world. From the jungles of Belize to Monaco, Julie has planned and coordinated some of the most logistically challenging events for our clients.
