Holden Bank, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
Holden joined Além in November of 2006 after 8 years with the Bowflex, Nautilus, Schwinn cycling & fitness, StairMaster, Trimline, Universal and Pearl Izumi brands in his capacities as General Counsel of the Schwinn/GT Corp. and as Vice President, Corporate Counsel of NYSE-traded Nautilus, Inc. He is an experienced legal executive with progressive experience in corporate legal issues, including but not limited to brand and intellectual property management and licensing; negotiation, drafting and management of promotional, sponsorship, services and other commercial contracts; international business management; risk management; due diligence and strategic planning for integration of acquisitions; regulatory issues; human resources and employment issues.In private practice, he represented USA Swimming, the sport’s national governing body, and its local clubs, and served as an advisor for Colorado Swimming’s Honor Board. A graduate of Duke University, where he was an All-ACC conference performer, he remains competitive in U.S. Masters Swimming as a many-time U.S. National Champion and All-American. He also served on the Hospitality sub-committees for the City of Denver’s successful hosting of both the 1989 NCAA Men’s Basketball Western Regional Final and 1990 NCAA Men’s Final Four, as well as for the Denver Baseball Organizing Committee, which successfully brought the Colorado Rockies Baseball franchise to Denver.
