Kathryn joined Além after serving as Special Events Manager for Team Rubicon, a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles where she oversaw all aspects of national fundraising events, galas and conferences in areas from event design and venue selection to scenic elements, fabrication, stage production and overall event operations. Prior to that, she spent five years at the Academy of Country Music where she oversaw operations and logistics as Manager, Operations and Events. During her time with ACM, she helped produce the annual Academy of Country Music Awards and managed key aspects of the ACM Party for a Cause Festival including production, ticketing, security, transportation, brand integration and talent advancement.
Kathryn holds a degree in Business Tourism Management from Arizona State University. She has worked on events in a variety of venues and cities across the country including Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Nashville, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco and Phoenix and brings a diverse background in event management to Além.
